Moonshot’s CEO, Katie Irving, here. I’m kicking off a research Deep Dive into Circular Fashion by committing to #nonewfashion2021

Inspired by @displaycopyofficial (the best thing to come out of 2020), I’ll be exploring my vintage archive, utilizing rental & re-sale services and reducing my overall clothing consumption this year.

This isn’t an anti-fashion stance - it’s the opposite of that. It’s a celebration of all of the beautiful, quality pieces that are already in our closets.

But most importantly, it’s an exploration of how the industry can continue to create value throughout the product life-cycle and help clothing stay out of landfills.

I’ll be documenting my adventures in circular fashion over on my insta (get ready for some epic vintage outerwear content). I’ll also be exploring rental and re-sale services including The Real Real, Hurr, Nuuly & Depop.

As always, I’ll be on the lookout for more great vintage, starting with favorites including Recursive, Desert Vintage and Display Copy’s online shop.
